WIJ 3.0 offers a safe and stimulating environment for people with mental health challenges. Personal development and social participation are central to this. The approach is aimed at strengthening self-reliance and empowerment. To achieve this, the foundation offers social and work-related activities, reintegration programs, and digital skills training. At the Stadsbrug, WIJ 3.0 provides shelter for the homeless in collaboration with De Tussenvoorziening.
