De NoiZ (New Self-Managed Shelter) is a shelter for homeless men and women in Utrecht. The team consists of shelter workers, managers, and volunteers. What makes this team special is that the managers have often been homeless themselves. This means they truly understand what it’s like to not have a roof over your head. The managers run everything within the shelter together with the guests.
