Herstart is a day shelter for the homeless in Utrecht, run by the Salvation Army. It is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Visitors are welcome for a hot shower, food and drinks, a conversation, or a listening ear. Doctors and nurses from Public Health provide medical care if needed.
