With Homerun, we offer outpatient support to young adults with a mild intellectual disability (MID) from the age of 16 who face challenges in various areas of life. We provide them with tailored guidance and treatment, ranging from light to intensive and forensic support. Our outpatient teams are active throughout most of the Netherlands. For young adults with an MID and a WLZ (Long-Term Care Act) indication, we offer the Homerun House. We currently have four Homerun Houses, where these young adults learn to live independently and follow a short-term program of 2–4 years to transition into their own homes.
